Yes, your results are conclusive. In addition, it is unlikely your partner had infectious (transmissible) syphilis. Weakly reactive (WR) RPR usually means distant past syphilis that is no longer transmissible. Or maybe not syphilis at all. (Was your partner's positive RPR confirmed by additional testing?)
