HIV is almost never transmitted by oral sex (especially oral to penis) and never by fingering. And HIV does not cause nasal congestion, drip, or cough; and it isn't possible to have symptoms due to HIV without testing positive. Your tests prove you symptoms are not from HIV. For final reassurance, you could have one more AgAb ("duo") test at this time. It will be negative.

You can get other infections from oral sex, e.g., gonorrhea and chlamydia. It would be prudent to see your doctor to rule out an infection.
