When i ejaculate, after the most of it comes out, i have stringy semen, that sometimes i have to pull out of my penis, ive had it before i can remember but ive asked people i know and they say they dont have it, should i worry?

It may happen when the semen viscosity is high. Infertility could be a problem due to impaired sperm mobility in men with high viscosity semen so if you have this problem after marriage you should see a fertility specialist by then.

The elasticty of the ejaculate can vary. stay hydrated and I dont think you have any major issue with this symptom.
