Vaginal yeast infection (thrush) can follow such broad spectrum antibiotic treatment. However, "thin pale yellow" discharge is not typical for yeast infection; the main symptoms is vulvar irritation and itching, with scant thick white discharge, if any discharge at all. Best to not make assumptions, but to check back with the doctor or clinic treating you. Good luck.
