I have a tight foreskin which retracts past the head of my penis when flaccid but dosent pass the head when erect. it dosent cause any issues or pain. what should i do or what do i have?

You have a tight foreskin. Retract your foreskin as far back as possible using cortisone cream as lubricant several time daily and make sure to pull it up front when done- for a few weeks It will make it more supple and retractable. The other choice is a circumcision
