The color of the head (glans0 can appear darker or lighter at times So unless there is some other change- no worries. Testicles are inside the scrotal sac so you can not see their color. If the skin of the scrotum appears red it might be due to inflammation. Keep it clean and try cortisone cream for a few days. If not better pl see your doc/Urologist
