Is the rapid test for syphilis using a test kit such as for pregnancy (blood taken from a vein) accurate if done 3/4&6 months, result all negative, but has symptoms such as fatigue, rashes, and hair loss , is that test is vdrl,rpr,tpha,eia or what?

You can be confident that you don't have syphilis from any contact 6 months ago. VDRL and RPR refer to the same test. False positives are possible but negative tests are reliable. The other tests refer to more sensitive tests done for confirmation if the initial screening test is positive.
