No: Armpit lumps are rather common and can be due to a number of things including insect bites, rashes, swollen glands, and breast cancer. In your age group, breast cancer would be extremely uncommon. If this lump grows in size or does not start getting smaller over the next 2-4 weeks, you should definitely see a medical doctor for a full evaluation.
