I really do not think that you have syphilis, but to be certain, you should visit you family doc or dermatologist and get a blood test and full examination.

You definitely should see your pediatrician if you have muscle and joint pain. Talk about your worries as well, indiscriminate use of Internet in trying to self diagnose and treat usually results in exacerbating health related anxiety.

See a doctor. Syphilis can be diagnosed with a blood test and is curable with one injection. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines

If you think you had an exposure then get tested. If not then take ibuprofen for pain and if not better see your doc
