In my 1st pregnancy i was told i had chlamydia,my fiance is -, 2x i got treated for it wit azithromycin,i retested and the chlamydia still there..i then got treated wit doxy 2x and retested about 3 times still + after 2 years can my results be false?

This is very peculiar and unusual. Azithromycin sometimes fails to cure chlamydia, but doxycycline never fails. The chlamydia test can remain positive for up to 3 weeks even if cured. Assuming some of your persistently positive tests were done more than 3 weeks after treatment, probably they are false and you don't have chlamydia. But best to see an infectious diseases specialist to work this out.

Chlamydia is sometimes hard to get rid of. If you are otherwise well just follow up is OK. If not pl. see an Infectious disease doc
