I have a round soft ,skin colored flexible bump on my inner thigh. worried about a genital wart. it isn't flat to the skin ,it kind of looks like a little balloon. it does not hurt or bother me at all. ?

Likely skin tag: Genital warts only invade genital skin. They do not appear balloon like but soon after appearing take on the appearance of a cauliflower. You can ignore it, or have your doc confirm its origin & tie it off or freeze it (which removes it).
