Try wart remover: I'm not sure what your diagnosis is by that description. There really aren't any skin colored bumps caused by the sun. Either way, try the over the counter wart remover. This should treat most benign bumps. If they do not go away, then you should have them checked by a dermatologist to get the correct diagnosis.

Warts, cyst, milia: They could be anything have you seen a dermatologist for these? If not, please see a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment options.
