Itching & white flakes are not generally associated with syphylis-. If you are concerned about syphylis you should see a doctor and get a blood test for syphylis.Primary syphylis presents with a painless penile ulcer so you may not have noticed that. Secondary syphylis comes with the rash. But rashes are common in many diseases so if you've engaged in risky behaviors get the STD tests.

No it is not symptom of Syphilis but some skin condition. Try otc cortsone cream. If not better pl see a dermatologist.

I have an itchy welt like rash on neck, eyes, elbows, pelvis and legs. Now developing bruise like soreness at the base of both palms.
