After a week of some intestinal cramping & some diarrhea,better now, this morn. i noticed very small spot of what looked like blood my stool,the stool was a lot of balls stuck together, but it was a normal color,is this serious! history of hemorhoids?

When was your last screening colonoscopy? If ,after multiple loose stools, you went a few days without a BM, your stools could be somewhat hardened enough to open up a hemorrhoid. In my opinion, a spot of fresh looking red blood isn't enough to rush to a colonoscopy. Should there be more blood with your BM's I recommend notifying your MD,who knows your history for instructions & advice re testing
