Your HIV tests already are conclusive; never need to have 4th gen (combo) tests later than 6 weeks, regardless of symptoms. Other STD test timing: gonorrhea/chlamydia (urine) any time after 3-4 days. (Do not wait longer than 30 days, which risks missing infection that clears up without treatment, before testing.) Syphilis blood tests conclusive after 6-12 wk, depending on particular test.

You do not need to test for HIV any more. Your symptoms are due to something else. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and you should consult your doctor.
