Repeat question. Here's the answer again. Almost certailyn you acquired HPV years earlier. Vaccine prevents only 4 or 9 of more than 100 HPV types; all vaccinated people still get HPV, with types less likely to cause health problems. In your situation, new appearance almost always is reactivation of previous type, not new infection from your husband. No implication he has had new partners.

What kind of HPV. There is a large number of strains of HPV and not all are sexually transmitted. Some only cause on wart on the non-genital skin. Visit this site for info: https://dermnetnz.org/topics/non-sexually-acquired-human-papillomavirus-infection Wish you good health!
