Seroquel is known to cause constipation. while your body gets used to this medication, you can increase your water intake (3 liters per day), increase your intake of fresh fruits and veggies (more fiber), and you can start on a sennoside based laxative once a day to ease the stool through your system. Avoid constipating foods such as dairy, cheese, red meat, sugary snacks.
