I want to stop seroquel (quetiapine) , im taking 150 mg for a week...and i take 40 mg vyvance.....i have insonia without sequorel, can i take clonazepan for sleep?

Hard to say.: It's a good question for your doctor, but in general, Clonazepam and similar medications are a bad idea for sleeping pills, as they cause abnormal sleep, and also stop working fairly quickly.

Mixing uppers/downer: Typically i would recommend speaking with the prescribing physician because there are number of issues and you don't want to keep mixing uppers and downers. Depends on why you are on each of the medication. Bring this to the awareness of your doctors.
