Been taking amoxicillin-clavulanate so far, for 2 days. now i'm constipated and haven't had a proper bowel movement, yet. (little, hard, pebble stool). should i stop taking the medication? or is there a way to fix this?

Amox/clav doesn't cause constipation, almost certainly just a coincidence in timing. Don't stop taking it. Any of the standard constipation remedies should be fine and none will interfere with the antibiotic or its effectiveness against your infection. Discuss with your doctor if it remains a problem.
