My wife had an ectopic pregnancy. she was administered methotrexate 4 weeks and 2 days ago. her hcg is now at 96 and we arent having to go in every week for blood work any longer. when is it safe to have protected sex again?

You may have sex when your wife is ready. Sex will not interfere with the healing of the terminated ectopic pregnancy.
