40 yo female,nonsmoker.i have hpv16 and cin3.i take bc pills.my leep is not until 3 weeks- i was booked out 2 months for the leep.risk of progression to cancer due to wait of 2 months? should i stop taking bc pills since they are a cerv cancer risk?

It can be frustrating to wait for treatment, but you really should not worry. With no treatment, CIN3 takes many months and often several years before it progresses to overt cancer. There is no harm in waiting a few weeks. Birth control pills are not a cancer risk and taking them or not will make no difference. Good luck.
