I'm going crazy lately. i don't know if it is really a symptom or just my head. years of constipation. external hemorrhoids(unsure if any internal). constant pressure in rectum or like i need to push to finish bm. is there a noninvasive test?

Review your constipation history- how many time a week/ firm or hard pieces. How long. Dietary differences. Food intolerances. Eat high fiber-greens sweet potatoes, berries. Fluids-64 oz/day. Consider CT with IV contrast ( if not allergic) to look for masses/ strictures ( unlikely) . May need colonoscopy to view for internal hemorrhoids and the mucosa. f/u/ w/ gastroenterology

You need to be on a diet with fiber, exercise, take Metamucil and if you dont become regular in a few weeks pl see a gastro MD for a good check. Pl do not self diagnose and you will be fine.
