Hi! i have been dealing with large pimples, bumps, odor, and itching on my vagina and vulva. i'm not sure what the cause is. i am a virgin. it also acts up worse when i am on my period?

Keep the area clean with soap and water, wear cotton underwear and use OTC antibiotic ointment on pimples. If not better in a week pl see your Gyn.
