An annoying problem: The pimple could simply be an ingrown hair and unrelated to the itching. Yeast infections notoriously cause itching, but a dermatitis from things like soaps and toilet paper is possible, and there are skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, and more rarely infections. If a treatment for yeast is ineffective a topical hydrocortisone-like ointment may help. Get rechecked.
