Spermatocele: You leave it alone. It is best not to irritate it or pinch it or in any way prolong the inflammation that is going on. Spermatoceles are fluid filled scar tissue. But, given your age and the risk of testicular cancer i would advise your friend to visit with the doctor to see if an ultra sound is warranted. Testicular cancer strikes men from age 25 to 33.

Hello there, I have a lump on my testicle which I got found to be a spermatocele or hydrocele by an ultrasound, with no signs of cancer. Is there any risk that either of those could turn cancerous later on? Not worried just curious, thanks?
