Can bier spots/vasoconstriction be linked to cannabis vaping? arms, chest & penile glans are covered in bier spots. dermatologist, family doctor, & vascular specialist all agree its blood flow related & not a skin issue. cant find anything wrong?

You can prove it by stopping cannabis vaping especially if this skin change happened since the time you have done cannabis vaping. Bier spots, if they truly are, are benign.

Follow advice of the docs you saw. Most of all stop vaping and definitely cannabis. It is a drug and should only be taken if prescribed for a reason like any other drug. Hope you get better.
