Is it okay to have hypertension after a car accident up to 3 days later? my blood pressure is 159/90 currently. and can that be a reason to erectile dysfunction?

High blood pressure at that level should not cause ED. If you have significant stress and anxiety with the MVA, blood pressure can be high and you may have transient ED. Relaxed, see a doctor if do not feel well, have your BP rechecked in 10-14 days when your mind is at ease.

First make sure the BP instrument is correct. If still high pl see your MD. No it is not a cause of ED
