Would recommend a thorough assessment by her medical team as delirium is likely. Multiple causes can account for delirium from, for example, constipation and uncontrolled pain to infections and drug related for example. Some other times seen in late hours, known as terminal delirium, and that’s why a timely assessment may help in decision making.
