Did std analysis because i had unprotected sex. everything came back negative except ureaplasma sp.culture positive more than 10^4. this was from urogenital specimen, but one from urine was negative. should i worry and consider antibiotics?

Ureaplasma is entirely normal in the genital tract, rarely causes disease, and does not require treatment. Half of all healthy people your age test positive. It should not be included in comprehensive STI test panels. Don't worry about it.

No antibiotics needed. And dont worry. Drink adequate amt. of water every day. you should be fine. Next time use protection.
