I wonder if the phrase "occasional non motile sperm" means the rest are live sperms. If that is the case, you should continue with protection until no live sperm detected in your semen. However, if all sperms are immotile, i.e. dead sperms, then you can have sex without protection.

There is an overwhelming chance that you are sterile but no guarantee can be given till the count is nil and no sperms of any sort is seen in the ejaculate. in two consecutive exams 2 weeks apart
