How do i know if i have an testicular athropy? i had a testicular torsion surgery 4,5 weeks ago and my right testicle looks normal but my left that had the torsion feels normal when i put 2 fingers to check the size but the scrotum looks highand off?

If the torsion was corrected within a few hours and the testicle looked "viable' at surgery to the Urologist you should be fine. It takes several months for atrophy to manifest as shrinking in size of the testicle. Do not keep feeling the area. It will normalize in a few weeks.
