The risk is to your partner and your treatment is not affected. While you are probably not contagious and any exposure was at least partially limited by use of the condom, she should get tested in a week to be sure.

The antibiotic will still work for you, but the condom malfunction opened the possibility of transmission. Best is to abstain for about a week to ensure infection fully treated.
