Why my chlamydia doesn't go away even after lots of treatments? and even with protected sex. i still have it since 2020 till now, i also suffer from a really overactive bladder, can this be an effect of the std?

I would suggest that you see another Gyn and also make sure that the diagnosis of overactive bladder is correct. Overactive bladder and Chlamydial vaginal infection are separate entities.
