I think you see a cardiologist for accurate diagnosis,advice &appropriate treatment. Normally after a coronary event with heart muscle damage wel recommend no exertion for a period of time depending upon the degree of damage. Since trimix can cause dropping of blood pressure you shouldn't get this until your cardiac condition is considered stable. Often we perform a limited stress test first.

TriMix is a compounded product made up of Alprostadil (a vasodilator and platelet inhibitor), Papaverine (a vasodilator) and Phentolamine (a vasodilator). So theoretically at least, it should not cause any vasoconstriction, which is what you would worry about with an M.I. Sexual activity following an M.I. should be less vigorous for the first six weeks afterwards however, so tell your wife....
