If pregnancy occurred during this menstrual cycle, there is no blood connection with an early new embryo, and the effects of alcohol consumed "just prior" to the "missed period" is unlikely to have any measurable effect on the pregnancy. The "two negative pregnancy tests" being negative, may not be accurate so early in a potential pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG test in a week to be certain.
