Depends: Your Ob doctor can do a blood test and you could find out right away. Depending on the sensitivity of the urine test (read the packaging) it would be able to tell you in the next week. You are young to be trying to get pregnant. Consider getting an education to support your family for when you do have children. Parenting is a tough job and it helps to have maturity. Best of Luck.

Can retest next week: A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. If a woman has her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.
