hi i am married women age 31 . my period was regular but this month i missed period 12 days late and negative pregnancy test.what caus period miss ?

Late period ? : Menstrual periods occur 14 days before the onset of a period, unless pregnancy intervenes. A delay in onset may be caused by stress (emotional, covid, etc.) . To be certain about pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test. If positive, see your OBGYN for an exam and other testing.
