Stomach issue: When does this occur, time of day? Also is it after a meal? Do you have change in bowel habits? What is diet like? How much alcohol do you drink and how soon before bed? Depending on patients body habitus, diet, alcohol consumption use of OTC NSAIDS or aspirin, and family history; this could be as simple as a gastritis . Or something that would be amenable to a change in diet.
