I had a pelvic exam with a nurse yesterday. last time i had sex was in january. would she have identified a pregnancy by pressing on the exterior of my lower abs area if i were over 20 weeks pregnant? i have had negative urine results but am paranoid?

Unless you are obese, a complement nurse would have detected a 20 week pregnancy during a pelvic examination.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Home pregnancy tests are accurate about a week after a missed period. Plan B is not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy.
