Need workup: Sounds like PID or pelvic inflammatory disease. Caused by a bacteria and treated with two different antibiotics. Because of the pain I would check in with the quickest local medical center. You may need a pelvic exam so keep that in mind. Your Ob Gyn doctor may be a good phone call to first. Safer sex with condoms to protect against sexually transmitted diseases as well as HIV.
