I was treated with Penicillin for primary syphilis a month ago. Currently, Lymphocytes is 48.2% (Ref:20-40) and ESR is 14 (Ref: 0-10). HIV, HCV Ab, HBsAg are -ve. Is it normal for lymphocytes and ESR to stay elevated? Or could it be another infection?
Syphillis positive but bf neg. He's the only guy I've ever been with. Low absolute lymphocytes 708 range is 850 up on CBC test. Could it be lupus?
