If i have acute retroviral syndrome (ars), would it be possible to have an itchy rash without any of the other symptoms?

Very unlikely: Rash is rarely if ever the only symptom of ARS. And ARS doesn't itch. Something else is causing the rash. Of course if you are at risk for HIV, you should be tested for it.
