The “ball” just above the testicle most likely represents either an epididymal cyst that is not on the testicle but on the cord that brings blood to the testicle, The second possibility is a hydroceal that is a benign cyst next to the testicle. The best way to evaluate this lump would be to have a testicular ultrasound and an evaluation by a urologist.
