I have a ball just above my testicle that feels just connected. it started on top and moved to bottom. can move quite freely. about size of a grape. it seems to grow and shrink at times. causes no pain. im hoping cyst. thoughts?

The “ball” just above the testicle most likely represents either an epididymal cyst that is not on the testicle but on the cord that brings blood to the testicle, The second possibility is a hydroceal that is a benign cyst next to the testicle. The best way to evaluate this lump would be to have a testicular ultrasound and an evaluation by a urologist.
