A member asked:

I have a little ball connected to my right testicle that is firm and dosent move not to large, size of a newtons cradle ball, no pain. just looked cause of itching, no rash, found two days ago, hoping its not a cancer, thoughts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Most such lumps are benign cysts such as a spermatocele which sits on top of the epididymus rather than arises in the testicle itself. Nevertheless, for peace of mind, I recommend consulting a urologist to evaluate the lump and advise you.
