I wasn't born with 3 testicles but over the past couple years it feels like i have had a smaller third one and i don't know what to think of it i've kept it to myself all this time but im starting to get more scared of it and im asking for any info?

Time for you to go have this examined. The chances of this being a normal finding approach zero. It might be something simple and easy to explain or something that could put you in an early grave. Contact your doc and go in as soon as you can do so.

Very likely normal.: Any lump present for that long is benign. The cause differs on whether the lump is on the skin or actually on the testicle.

Could be calcification of a structure like a vein or in the epididymis. Difficult to diagnose without exam. Best is to see a Urologist
