I started to get small bumps forming at the bottom of my testicle. one of them is growing this small loose black red coloured tag. every time i push on the tag i feel a bit of iritation on it. i would say the pain level is a 4 out if 10.

Bumps: Are these bumps on the skin of your scrotum and not on your testicle? Any bump or lump truly on a testicle is potentially serious and must be evaluated by a physician or urologist. A scrotal skin lump may well be benign but would also have to be examined by a physician in order to advise you.
