A member asked:

I lost a testicle because of torsion. does the remaining ball produce more to make up for the loss testicle? and what are the chances i can get someone pregnant? also, does it take longer to get someone pregnant because i have one instead of two?

We were designed with redundancy wherever possible, as though we would be prone to injury or loss. One functional testicle produces adequate sperm to maintain fertility. It is not any more difficult to get a woman pregnant than with two testicles.
