I have a question about hiv. i had an unprotected sex 6 weeks ago. both of us tested negative at 6 weeks mark with cmia duo lab test, but i had symptoms similar to mono 1.5 weeks later, fatigue and mild rash are still present. what could it be?

The negative test result overrules your symptoms. It is impossible to have symptoms from HIV and no antibody in the blood. You definitely do not have HIV. There are many medical conditions other than HIV that can cause such symptoms. See a doctor if the symptoms continue and/or you remain concerned. Good luck.
