It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your results seem to rule out HIV. You may have another infection that may explain the swollen nodes. It would be prudent to see a doctor who may repeat the HIV test as well as evaluate your general health and the nodes.
