Your symptoms do not suggest HIV. Not enough information about the exposure to know how risky it was and thus to judge your risk of HIV. However, it is extremely rare to catch HIV from a single sexual exposure to a female partner, even if sheis infected. In newly infected persons, HIV RNA testing would detect around 90% of infections. Do not test on your own: see a doctor for in-person advice.
